RAW GUACAMOLE RECIPE

Here's an all-time favorite recipe for mouth-watering and healthy guacamole, made using only raw, uncooked, organic ingredients:

Ingredients:

• 4 ripe avocados
• 1 small red onion, finely chopped
• 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

Instructions:

1. Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a large bowl.
2. Using a fork, mash the avocado until it is mostly smooth, but still has some small chunks.
3. Add the chopped red onion, jalapeño pepper, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro to the bowl and stir until combined.
4. Squeeze in the lime juice and add the sea salt, black pepper, and cumin powder. Stir everything together until well combined.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
6. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Enjoy your delicious and healthy raw guacamole with your favorite raw chips, on top of raw tacos, or as a dip for vegetables. One idea is to thinly slice carrots and use as a chip alternative.
