Shepherds Pie Recipe:
2 Pounds of ground beef
3-4 large Potatoes
8 Tablespoons of Butter (or more if you love butter like me)
1 medium onion
1-2 cups of mixed veggies
1/3 cup of milk
1/4 cup of broth
2-3 tablespoons of GF flour
Italian seasonings, salt, pepper to taste

Boil Potatoes
Preheat Oven to 425
brown onions in butter, add ground beef, season to taste
add flour, add milk, broth, let simmer until a gravy is formed
add in veggies

Make your mashed Potatoes

add ground beef mixture to a greased 9x12
add mashed potatoes on top
bake for about 20-25 mins (until browned and bubbling)
