History of 1992 Penguin & Catwoman BATMAN RETURNS Action Figures

The Kenner 1992 Batman Returns action figure line features the villains of the film. Cat Woman and the Penguin with his Penguin Commandos which are the funniest figures of the line! I show each figure close up and we test out their features and accessories. I open some old new packages of the ones I need to refresh, and the Penguin Commandos that I never had as a kid growing up. Let's look at the bad guys of this vintage movie toy line.
