Twisting Swan on the Wunda Chair | Online Pilates Classes

Not often done but one of my favorite twists in Pilates is the Twisted Swan on the #WundaChair. It's not easy and not ideal for everyone! But, if it's possible for your body it's a great way to challenge your twist, extension and even prepare for things like Snake or the Up Stretch Combo! There are two versions of this exercise. One with your legs together and one with your legs split apart. Try doing this with your legs together first. If that is going well then you can try adding the split leg version. But if it does not, forgo that version for now.
