Puzzles and Survival: Match 3 Gameplay Tips and Tricks Introduction

So many games are based solely on or incorporate a type of gameplay known as 'match 3' which basically just means that you have a game board with tiles on it that when you slide and match 3 causes the tiles to disappear or do something. For Puzzles and Survival, they have incorporated a match 3 style of gameplay for certain parts of their game, namely; campaign, arena, and special operations. While most match 3 gameplay is similar across a variety of games, there are always distinctions. PnS has a unique style of gameplay that can be difficult to adjust to because of its reliance on your heroes. This video is the introduction to the gameplay of the match 3 system within PnS and covers not only the basics you need to know to understand how to play but covers many tips and tricks that even seasoned players may be unaware of. The reality is the match 3 gameplay of PnS is very nuanced and as you get higher in level can become very difficult. I want to make sure that all players have the best competitive advantage when playing this part of the game. While you may or may not believe it, skill is required! I will post more videos of my match 3 gameplay to help players get a sense of what is going on and show you how I beat some really difficult levels in campaign.
