Thanks for coming back, guys!! I've been working hard on my knee rehab, and I realized I needed to really dedicate myself to it, so I've fallen behind on my blog. At the same time, I want to come back renewed and excited and full of fun stuff for you.

I'm still learning about you tube....and this is my first edited video. I'm no pro, and I realized that's ok, time to just get at it and learn!!
