This video is about cell membranes (internal and plasma), and the extra components it needs to carry out the functions of a biological membrane: cholesterol (reduce membrane fluidity and thus regulate permeability and ; transport proteins (facilitated diffusion and active transport); receptor proteins, glycoproteins and glycolipids (cell communication and signalling) and finally enzymes for metabolic pathways. Gosh this stuff is easy!
