Ingredients:

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(I used four beasts cut in half)
eggs (I used 3)
olive oil
salt and vinegar chips
salt. 1 tsp
pepper 1/2 tbs
parsley flakes
paprika. 1 tbs
garlic powder 1 tsp
flour 1 cup or more if needed

Cut chicken breast in half and pound with a mallet to make them even in thickness. Set aside
use 3 bowls for the following:
Crack 3 eggs into one bowl and mix
in another bowl add 1 cup of flour
in the 3rd bowl add chips crushed by a mallet

Season flour with the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and parsley. Mix
Add some parsley to the crushed chips

Dredge chicken in flour, eggs and chips. Repeat until all are coated well

Add some oil to a large pan and heat. Cook until nice and golden brown.

Serve and enjoy! They came out even better than I expected. My husband and son LOVED them! I hope you give them a try.
