The Judicial Commission has approved the addition of five more judges to the Supreme Court's constitutional bench, increasing the total number of members to 13. Judges from Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Islamabad have been included. Additionally, four session judges have been appointed as additional judges of the Lahore High Court.
