500 g rock fish (morralla)

6 prawns (the red ones are best)
2 langoustines
150 g monkfish (rape)
half an onion.

1 tsp pimentón pepper powder
1 tomato
200g fideuá noodles
500 ml prepared fish stock
half a teaspoon orange food colouring / saffron / turmeric
