Launch a suppressing micro missile at 16 shots

So you got Deterministic Chaos this exotic void machine gun rhythmically applies debuffs every fourth shot weakens and every 4 weakening shot applies volatile so basically every 16th shot. And if you stop shooting the count resets. What should you use with Deterministic Chaos, a different machine gun. Or heavy in general Tractor cannon is better for Applying debuffs increases damage more and is free for all players.
