1 tsp All Spice
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Blackpepper
1 tsp Thyme
1 tbsp Fish Seasoning( any Seasoning)
2 tbsp Ketchup( Optional)
2 Diced Tomatoes
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce ( Can use Habanero)
Butter and Cooking Oil
