The impact of the menopause

I don’t think we say it enough as doctors/ clinicians how grateful I am to learn from my patients.

I am no means the perfect doctor- but when it comes to the menopause (like lots of health issues) it can be so lonely and I get the sense that the younger doctors are learning to appreciate their female patients & to understand how to manage symptoms better despite the lack of research

This was just a post surgery reflection.
