The public is one step closer to seeing the observation deck of the Victor Statue. Crews are working on finishing touches to the statue's pedestal.

The Victor Statue stands at 60 meters or about 20-storey high. Including its pedestal, the Victor Statue is taller than the Statue of Liberty in America. The Victor Statue is vying to become the tallest lighting projection art installation in the world.
