o Quick change off coil line wire and precut cross wire mesh welding machine tooled for 24 line wires and capable of making reinforcing mesh panels up to 2500mm wide and 6000mm long with wire diameters from 4 – 12mm. Fixed line wire pitches, 100, 150, 200 and 250mm and variable cross wire pitches from 50mm
o Rolling line suitable to provide the ribbed wire in spools for the mesh machine line wires
o Straightening and cutting machines x 2 for the precut cross wires
• Brand new, previously unused components of each machine include:
o Electrical panel, drives, PLC and control system, switchgear, Weld Controls
o Industrial computer with latest software
o Weld presses
o All consumable parts
o Bearings and critical moving parts not mentioned below
o Servo drives
o Pneumatic control components and pneumatic piping
o Piping and manifolds for water cooling system
