During the summer of 2020 local people enjoyed a temporary walking, wheeling and cycling route between Tynemouth and Whitley Bay, before it was removed later that year.

We worked with the local community and North Tyneside Council to help make a permanent route.

We were excited to be there when the first phase opened in July!
