For this blue rune chest, After fighting the giant troll walk around the giant rock formation in the middle of the area, near the waterfall, and notice the Nornir chest. you'll need to hit all three rune bells in quick succession to unlock the chest. There’s one directly behind the chest, another to the left up in the rocks and the third is a ways behind the rock formation on the other side of the arena. I'll show you how to go for the 3rd one first and then the other two.
