This statement began with 30 fellows from 14 nationalities in the Americas attending a Leadership in Science Diplomacy Workshop in Uruguay. STeP Fellows brought their rich cultural and professional diversity to the table and worked together to challenge the current definition and examples of leadership. This statement is intended for anyone concerned about current and future generations and our planet and anyone working for transformative, meaningful change.
