This is About how Karna Got Karna Kundala By Birth.
In his previous birth, Karna was the demon king *Dambhodbhava*, who had obtained a boon from Lord Shiva granting him 1,000 protective armors (*kavachas*). These armors could only be destroyed by a warrior who would fight Dambhodbhava for 1,000 years, at the end of which the warrior would die. Fueled by arrogance from this boon, Dambhodbhava wreaked havoc across the earth.

Unable to bear his tyranny, Goddess Murti sought help from Lord Vishnu. In response, Vishnu incarnated as Nara and *Narayana*, who began intense penance in Badrikashrama. Over thousands of years, they alternated between penance and battle to destroy Dambhodbhava's kavachas one by one. During these battles, when Nara died, Narayana revived him by chanting the *Mahamrityunjaya Mantra*.

Eventually, Dambhodbhava was left with just one armor. Fearing for his life, he fled to Surya (the Sun God) for protection. When Nara and Narayana pursued him, Surya refused to hand him over. In anger, Nara cursed Surya, declaring that Dambhodbhava would be reborn as a human and meet his end at Nara's hands after suffering various hardships.

In the Dvapara Yuga, this curse materialized. Dambhodbhava was reborn as Karna*, the son of Surya, retaining the last of his divine armor as his *kavacha and *kundala*. Nara and Narayana reincarnated as Arjuna and Krishna, respectively, and ultimately brought about Karna's demise in the Mahabharata war.
