A long drive of around 5 hours on day 6; Our first stop was Chendebji Chorten, a beautiful stupa similar to one of Nepal’s prominent Buddhist monuments.

After that was lunch before we continue our drive to Gangtey. Along the way, we stopped at Lawa La (3250m elevation), where you take photos of the snow cap mountains. Thereafter, we visited Gangtey Monastery before moving forward to Phobjikha Valley. Phobjikha Valley is a vast U-shaped valley in the center of Bhutan.

We did the Gangtey-Phobji Nature Trail, which is around 4km that passes through villages and pine forests, before heading to our accommodation, Phuentsho Yangkil Resort.
