Note : Our convection oven had the preset cookie mode so we baked it in the same mode preheating it. But if your oven does not have this option then bake it @ the time mentioned in the video and make sure have check the cookies after 10 min and then bake further or remove it.

We have used blueberry crush that is readily available in any supermarkets or else if you have dries or fresh blueberries you can make a thick puree of it.

After adding the blueberry puree the mixture will turn into dough but if you feel its not doughing up add 2 tbsp of milk and then make the dough.

Here we have used powdered sugar but if you have icing sugar handy with you we would prefer you to use it.

Here we have used all purpose flour or maida but you can use whole wheat flour for healthier cookies.

You can use any other extract or essence instead of vanilla of your choice.

You can store this cookies upto 2 weeks in air tight jar in normal room temperature.
