This is how to use the S_DistortChroma effect on Premiere Pro! In this tutorial, I will show you two ways to use S_DistortChroma. The first way is with a shake, such as S_Shake or a manual shake. The second way is with a scale/zoom in or out transition. S_DistortChroma is perfect for colorful distortion transitions (hence the name). Works well on many editing styles, including AMVs and montages!

Remember, you need the Sapphire plugin installed.
