This game shows how to build Krul as a support roamer.
I think Clockwork is a must for support Krul because he is by nature not a supporter, so he needs lots of cooldown so that he can spam his Dead Man Rush and Spectral Smite more often.

Then, he just needs to build any defense items needed. In this game, since enemy has built Aftershock, I went to have a Fountain instead of Crucible. My build was incomplete but my intended build was boot, two fountains, Clockwork, Metal Jacket, and Breaking Point.
