Honda Clarity: How to Turn on Climate Control (Air Conditioning) while Charging?

Welcome Roadtripping with Claire (RTwC) episode 006! I am at 8300 miles and 4 months of ownership with my Honda Clarity PHEV. I got all weather mats for her ( https://amzn.to/2VIaxBh ) which were great with all the road trips! I got a question about how to turn on Climate Control or Air conditioning when charging my Honda Clarity.
