Here’s the ingredients you’ll need:
Plain sweet biscuits
Thickened cream
Cream cheese
Tinned peaches
Passionfruit

Step-by-step Instructions to make this No Bake Cheesecake:
1. Add the biscuits to the chopping bowl of the All in One Cordless and blend into fine crumbs. Press the crumbs firmly into the base of a lined cake tin and chill to set.
2. In a bowl, whisk the thickened cream using the beaters attachment until thickened. Add cream cheese and whisk again until smooth and combined.
3. Spread the mixture evenly over the biscuit base and refrigerate until firm.
4. Blend the tinned peaches into a smooth coulis using the stick blender attachment.
5. Pour the peach coulis over the cheesecake, top with passionfruit and serve chilled.
