Nomad Modded S2: Episode 40: Manastorm Reactor Meltdown! | Botania

Orc and Hat want to upgrade their mana Botania production, but instead of doing something simple like adding additional gourmaryllis, they are trying to build a reactor. This reactor runs off of Manastorm Charges, one of the most dangerous explosives currently in the modpack.

After a series of tests and explosions Orc and Hat finally manage to get at least a little bit of mana out of the charges, but there is always the slight problem of a meltdown.

Last season Orc and Hat destroyed the world. For Nomad season 2 we explore just what comes next. No longer playing Hermitpack, we are now playing something new, some collection of mods in a pack that has not yet been made.

The surface world has been destroyed and remade. The nether has been destroyed and remade. But we aren't just exploring another largely vanilla environment.

Our new world uses a combination of Alternate Terrain Generation and Biomes o'Plenty to have far more variety, but arranged in a way that it feels realistic, rather than just a random assortment of land.

And then to spice things up, the land is dotted with new buildings from Recurrent Complex, new dungeons from Roguelike Dungeons, and new enemies from Grimoire of Gaia 3.

And should that not be enough, we have new methods of power to explore, new magic from Ars Magica 2 and Embers, and new worlds to reach with Advanced Rocketry.
