Kuwait's Cabinet affirms resignation of Justice Minister that was accepted by His Highness the Amir

Kuwait's Council of Ministers held its weekly meeting on May 12th, 2014, under the Chairmanship of the Acting Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
At the outset of the meeting, the Cabinet took note of the resignation submitted by the Minister of Justice and Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Dr. Nayef Mohammad Al-Ajmi, which was accepted by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The Cabinet was also briefed on the decree stipulating the appointment of the Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior Sheikh Mohammad Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah as Acting Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and the appointment of Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah as Acting Minister of Justice.
