BTR#14 1965 Gibson SG Special, the Beat Explosion

In this episode I'm pleased to introduced a beautiful Vintage Original 1965 Gibson SG Special, stock version without Maestro Vibrola tailpiece. The most notable players of the SG Special are Black Sabbath's Toni Iommi, Carlos Santana, who sported one with modified hardware at the Woodstock festival and Pete Townshend of the Who. This guitar gives us the opportunity to understand what happened in the music history in 1964 and why it affected so dramatically the guitar world.
