1641cc VW Engine.

I built this motor using a remanufactured short block that has been align bored, had new bearings and reground german crank which was run for around 600 miles.

It was then stripped, repainted and fitted with an aftermarket brand new set of 1641cc B and P's, 6 month old twin port heads (no cracks) new pushrod tubes, new oil cooler, new crank pulley, new Revmaster rocker covers, Bosch 009 distributor, a new Bosch blue coil and plugs, a german 200mm lightened and balanced flywheel. (TandL engineering Bedford did the work) (weighs 13lbs). New seals throughout.
I experimented with the tinware and tried to recreate a patina look while keeping it clean and shiny!
The dynamo is clean and in working condition as is the clutch.
The carb is a genuine Weber replacement with electric choke and is new old stock (only used on this engine)
The exhaust was only fitted to run the engine so that I could set the timing and carb and is not included.
