Who makes the best Beauty Dish?

Are all photographic beauty dishes created equal? Should you stick with the classic, but easily damaged, metal beauty dish? Or are the new line of collapsable dishes just as good.

Today in the Photo Kitchen, we put 4 dishes up to the test. A classic metal dish will take on the Impact, Profoto, and Chimera models of collapsable beauty dishes.
