The molecules than binds together to the affected area giving some relief in your pain and blocks the pain transmitting signals. Once the pain is restore the body now acts to get rid of the molecules because if the medicine molecule accumulates then it can have some negative impacts. The impact of the medicine on your body depends upon your age, diet, immune system and the dose of the medicine.
