Gogen Yamaguchi, exclusive video of his Australian tour!!

The Cat, whose real name is Gogen Yamaguchi, is the head of the famous goju school of karate. With his flowing hair and his piercing black eyes,This is the only video of his Australian visit filmed by my father Bernard Fraser ! Gōgen Yamaguchi was also famously known in the world of karate-dō as ‘the Cat’; he was a very small man, just over five feet (1.52 meters) and a mere 160 pounds (73 kg); however, he projected the impression of great bulk and an aura reminiscent of the samurai era My father was in the first black belt/class of goju in Australia under Tino and was awarded his black belt along with Bob Jones there belts PERSONALLY handed to them by the cat himself,, and my father video taped him over 50 years ago and i have saved these tapes thru house fires and being homeless but i always kept these tapes safe and today i am honoring my late fathers work so he may not be forgoton and for the love of goju!
