Evan Gershkovich and Paul Whelan freed from Russian prison as part of major exchange

Four U.S. residents including journalist Evan Gershkovich and Marine veteran Paul Whelan were released after being wrongly imprisoned in Russia as part of a major multinational prisoner exchange including other nations. President Joe Biden spoke about the exchange after it was confirmed.
