ASMR - eBay Surprise! Landeron 39 Watch Repair

I purchased this "Nice Watch" chronograph from eBay in a non-running condition. Does it just need some basic TLC? Or are there major issues? The movement inside is a Landeron 39, which was frequently used in Nicolet and Breitling chronographs. It is likely that Nice Watch was a sub-brand of Nicolet Watch.
