Dozens? Hundreds? If you’re in an aspirational mindset stage of life, probably an uncountable number of times.

I know I used to dutifully follow the directions and write my affirmations, just like they recommend. And yet, I  failed, again and again until I finally decided that positive affirmations and visualizations just don’t work for me.
