Here's a modified version of Meal Maker Manchurian in a more Indianized way:

Ingredients:

1 cup soy chunks (meal maker)
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium ginger, minced
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons tomato puree
1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Soak soy chunks in water for 30 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds, onions, garlic, and ginger until onions are translucent.
3. Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
4. Add soy chunks and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add tomato puree and soy sauce (if using). Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice, roti, or noodles.

Indianized modifications:

Added cumin seeds for a more Indian flavor
