If you're having trouble accessing a specific location, where one of the faded journal pages for Lilith's journal is found, there are two common reasons that you'll run into "roadblocks" in Midnight Suns. The first is that you aren't far enough in the story missions. This just means that you'll need to progress the story more by doing more of the missions marked as "Story" on the mirror table.
