Ingredients
1kg Grated Cassava
1/4 Cup Melted Butter
1 Can of Coconut Milk
2 Crest Eggs
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Can Condensed Milk

Method
Mix ingredients, pour into pan and bake at 180-degrees for 1-hour

Topping Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Crest Egg

Method
Mix & Pour on baked pie
Grate Mozzarella Cheese all over

Method
Bake at 180-degrees for 15-minutes
