Resep Mie Godog. Mie godog atau mie rebus dalam bahasa jawa. Makanan ini bisa kita temui di Jawa Tengah dan Yogyakarta. Rasanya yang gurih dan dilengkapi dengan sayur dan topping lain memang paling nikmat disajikan panas-panas.

Resep Mie Godog (untuk 2 porsi)

Bahan:
2 porsi mie basah, rebus setengah matang
50 gr ayam rebus, suwir
50 gr kekian, potong
2 butir telur
5 lembar kol, iris
1 buah tomat, potong
5 batang sawi hijau, potong
5 cabai rawit, iris
½ sdm gula
½ sdt garam
½ sdt merica
Penyedap

Bumbu halus:
3 siung bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
1 butir kemiri
3 gr terasi
20 ml minyak

Kaldu:
700 ml air panas
3 blok kaldu blok ayam

Acar:
1-2 buah timun, buang biji dan potong
5 buah cabai rawit
2 sdm gula
2 sdm cuka beras / 1 sdm cuka meja
½ sdt garam

Pelengkap:
Bawang merah goreng

Langkah:
1. Blender semua bahan bumbu halus, sisihkan
2. Panaskan minyak kemudian orak-arik telur hingga kering, sisihkan
3. Gunakan panci yang sama, tumis bumbu halus hingga kering dan wangi lalu masukkan ayam suwir dan kekian, aduk-aduk kemudian masukkan tomat, cabai rawit, dan air kaldu lalu masak hingga mendidih
4. Masukkan telur orak-arik dan bumbui dengan gula, garam, dan merica masak lagi hingga mendidih
5. Masukkan mie yang sudah direbus setengah matang, kol, dan sawi hijau, masak sebentar lalu matikan api
6. Untuk acar, campurkan gula, garam, dan cuka lalu aduk hingga larut kemudian masukkan timun dan cabai rawit rebus lalu aduk lagi hingga rata
7. Pindahkan ke piring saji, tambahkan acar dan bawang goreng di atasnya
8. Mie godog siap disajikan

Done in 5 Minutes! Javanese Noodle Soup Recipe, Practical and Warms the Gut

Javanese Noodle Soup is commonly found in Central Java and Yogyakarta. This savory dish, complete with vegetables and other toppings, is best served hot.

Javanese Noodle Soup Recipe (yield 2 servings)

Ingredients:
2 serving fresh noodles, parboiled
50 g boiled chicken, shredded
50 g kekian, sliced
2 pc egg
5 sheet cabbage, sliced
1 pc tomato, sliced
5 stalk choy sum, sliced
5 pc bird’s eye chili, sliced
½ tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Flavor enhancer

Blended Spices:
3 pc shallots
2 clove garlic
1 pc candlenut
3 g shrimp paste
20 ml oil

Stock:
700 ml hot water
3 blocks instant chicken stock

Pickles:
1-2 pc cucumber, remove the core and slice
5 pc bird’s eye chili
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar / 1 tbsp white vinegar
½ tsp salt

Condiments:
Fried shallots

Steps:
1. Blend all the spices. Set aside.
2. Heat some oi. Fry the eggs until crisp. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté the blended spices until reduced and fragrant. Add the shredded chicken and kekian. Stir and add the tomato, bird’s eye chili, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil.
4. Add the scrambled eggs and season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil once more.
5. Add the parboiled noodles, cabbage, and choy sum. Cook for a moment and turn the heat off.
6. For the pickles, combine the sugar, salt, and vinegar. Stir until they’re dissolved and add the cucumber and boiled bird’s eye chili. Mix well.
7. Transfer to a serving plate, topped with pickles and fried shallots.
8. Javanese Noodle Soup is ready to serve.
