updated video with guides to the new 5 Star ember quests:
• Updated F2P Farming Team for daily qu...
In this video I tell you how to make your first 3-turn farming team for daily quests in Fate/Grand Order. Setting up this team is quick and easy and will dramatically improve your quality of life in the game and the speed at which you can gather materials to strengthen your servants.
FAQs!
Q: Where can I get crystalized lore to level skills to 10?
A: From playing events! Finishing the main story of events will typically grant one, and completing the event's challenge quest will give another. Sometimes they can even be bought from event shops.
Q: Can I use [insert whatever] instead?
A: The idea behind the team in this video is that it presents the MINIMAL requirements to make this team work. If you have stronger servants or craft essences that accomplish the same things, go nuts.
Q: What about lancer days?
A: Remember my previous point? There's one big exception to it, and that is Arash. You see, his capability to remove himself from the field after his NP is THE thing that allows this team to function in the form that it currently exists in. And, Arash is completely unique across the entire game in this capability.
To further make it clear how irreplaceable Arash actually is to this team, no other 3 star or lower Saber or Berserker currently in the game can charge their own NP or remove themselves from the field, let alone both.
There are currently two other ways to shuffle the active party members, but one requires the use of the Chaldea Combat mystic code.
And, if you were paying attention during the video, you see the problem that if we switch mystic codes, we now don't have enough NP charge to fill 3 NP bars in a row.
The other requires Chen Gong, but getting him to NP is much harder since he lacks his own battery skill.
But, we can hypothetically compensate for that, either with a radically different team comp, or slightly more reasonably, with better craft essences.
So, for example, you could use Fergus with a K-scope (5 star CE), charge him with Waver's 2nd and 3rd skills, use his NP, use the CCU MC to switch him out for Spartacus, who will also need a K-scope or at least an MLB Imaginary Element, charge him with his own skill, and so on.
Or, you could use Arash on wave 1 to put any lancers at roughly half health, then take one or maybe two more turns if necessary to finish them off with your berserkers. Waves two and three will work exactly the same as presented in the video under these circumstances, resulting in a slightly slower but still quick and f2p friendly 4 (or, nightmare scenario 5) turn clear.
So, you know, your call.
