On the Etheric Body:
There are loads of different benefits of working on and building our light body, a few of them being: when our light body is stable, congruent and well-structured, we are more stable, grounded and centred in our own energy and take on that of others (or the collective) less. It's also less likely for any lower being, entities or other stuff to attach. We are less susceptible to the false light, also. When our light body is strengthened, we have a better ability to manifest, to create and also to ascend. We can reach and anchor in more easily in 5D. When our light body is fully built, we cannot be trapped in 3D (this is a big one right now). We are not susceptible to manipulation and other lower frequency dynamics. When our etheric body is strong, our psychic, telepathic and extra-dimensional abilities can come online. Oh and also our ability to lucid dream improves.
