Over the Top from the Inside (OTTFTI): How Modern Players Use an Outward Hand Path and Shallow Shaft

Описание к видео Over the Top from the Inside (OTTFTI): How Modern Players Use an Outward Hand Path and Shallow Shaft

If you like watching great golf swings there are a bunch of them here! I assembled these to demonstrate OTTFTI, my preferred transition method that uses an outward hand path and shallowing shaft. By no means does every Tour player employ it, but quite a few do, and their swings appeal to me more than ones those where the hands either drop straight down or fall backward. I use the analogy of sidearm throwing (as Hogan did in The Five Lessons) and OTTFTI is just another way to describe what is happening when a golf swing utilizes right upper arm adduction, right forearm supination, and right shoulder external rotation as the hands and arms respond to the change of direction of the pivot.
