German train chaos: your rights as a passenger

Описание к видео German train chaos: your rights as a passenger

The German rail network isn't running as smoothly as we would all like, so delays and cancellations are a problem. So here's some advice on what you can do and what your rights are if your train is late or cancelled.

Contrary to what I said in the video, you cannot easily claim a refund for a delay if you don't have a Deutsche Bahn account; but you can download, fill in and print out a claim form to send by post. If you have a DB account, you can of course claim your refund directly online, but you will need to use the German site or the Navigator app.
