Shori Hamada is a Japanese judoka who competes in under 78-kilogram weight category, she is 2018 World Champion and 2019 World silver medalist, she is also 2-time Japanese and 1-time Asian champion. In addition to her Judo accolades she won first place in 2014 World SAMBO championships. Hamada is quite possibly the best ground game specialist out of all active judokas. She can choke you, she can pin you and she can tear your limbs apart, she can do everything. Her main move on the ground is Ude Garami (a.k.a Kimura). If you like Ne Waza she's the one person in Judo World that you should keep your eyes on.
