MaxxAir Fan Deluxe Installation Upgrades Ford Transit Van Passenger Install DON'T USE SCREWS!!

Step by step see how to install a Deluxe MaxxAir Fan. This DIY project has a couple upgrades added to it. One is you will see how to build a wood frame to attach the fan to. Second you will see how to attach the fan using stainless steel pan head machine screws with nylon locknuts. This makes for a stronger connection that's less likely to rattle loose compared to the screws provided. Easy beginner project that anyone can do, that will greatly improve the comfort in your van. This was done on my 2018 Ford Transit and the fan is installed offset. On the passenger side, in the far back, between the ribs in the roof ceiling. Hope this videos helps! Thanks for watching!
