I admire Elon Musk because of his profound effect on how I developed my training program for young apprentices in Africa.

The standard one-size-fits-all education method of the 20th century is no longer adequate for the digital age. Musk understands this. Rather than put his kids in a regular school, Elon Musk started his own. There are no grades in Musk's School. Instead, it's based on a targeted learning and experience-based education model.

Digital Samurai uses the same model for teaching our apprentices and our clients. We teach to the problem, not to the tools. It's quite simply a better education model that encourages lifelong learning.

Great leaders orchestrate success for their teams. They understand leadership and learning are indispensable to each other. They mould their tribe through journey-based solutions and tactics and train their team to embrace lifelong learning.

They are singularly focused on providing a frictionless customer experience and implementing inspired standards such as a customer-centric approach to delivering services.

Do that successfully for a long enough time, and clients will come to you.
