The OM mantra or sound vibration is the primeval sound vibration. It's the vibration that was vibrating before, and it enticed all other vibrations to appear so as to manifest the whole Universe and its elements. It is a partial sound avatar of Krishna, and as a fragment of sound from Krishna's flute, it is very powerful and it can bring all-auspiciousness.

OM gathers our fragmented energy into one whole and helps us to direct it into a deeper understanding of ourselves, of others, and of the world!
It reliefs us from unnecessary:
tensions
stress
fears
and blocks on all levels, because it unleashes our true power as the spirit within, the witness, and supports us in manifesting our true independent nature, independence from inhibition, fears, slavery from conceptions, expectations...

To reach the best results out of listening and chanting OM you can try the following simple 5 steps:

1. Sit comfortably on the floor with legs crossed (as much as you can, try to sit on the small thick pillow if it's too uncomfortable or painful).
2. Close your eyes, and keep your palms on your knees facing the sky. You can connect your index finger and thumb if you feel it.
3. Take a deep breath and completely relax your body and mind, becoming aware of them and their sensations.
4. When you feel ready you can start to chant OM together with a track.
5. Feel the energy flowing through the body, and gather it through the focus on it. Pour the sound of OM on it, let it grow, and follow!
