Omec F11TS is a touch screen controlled CNC dovetailer. The Omec controls enable easier and faster operator inputs and a better visual representation of the machine operation. Production rates of the F11TS to exceed 100 drawer boxes per hour. Control of spindle location, machining speed, tooling variance, height of pin, depth of joint, location of joint, and number of joints are all controlled by CNC. With a machining area of approximately 30", the F11TS can produce most any design and size dovetail product desired. The tooling seats in a standard ER 25 collet which can accommodate a variety of tooling to produce the dovetail effect desired by operator including alternate pitch, box joints, French dovetails, etc. Curved drawer fronts and angled dovetails are also possible with optional fixturing.
