This documentary video on Indigenous Tharu Food and Agricultural Practice was first officially screened during the event 'Nepal Food Forum 2024.' Along with this documentary, a group of Tharu Singers and Artists performed song about Tharu Food and Agricultural Practice based on tune of Ashtimki Song.

In this video, we explore the everyday life of the Tharu community and dive into their traditional foods like Dhikri, Bagiya, and Bhakka. These special dishes play a big role in their festivals and reflect their strong connection to nature and farming.
