3. A thank you page
4. Publisher access in Client Side and Server Side Container
5. Access to the Facebook Business Events Manager and Ads Manager - developer access

Steps

1. Setup URL decoration for the Calendly Thank You page
2. Prepare the Client-side container
2.1. Insert script in GTM that will capture the provided data in a JavaScript variable and then rewrite the URL
